In this show, Karan Johar asks the guests various questions about their lives and ideas. There are also a couple of rounds of games during the show. One is a Rapid Fire game where the answers should be either yes or no, or choosing between two options. The guests have to answer with what comes to mind first. The second round is the Koffee Quiz where Karan asks a set of questions which includes Bollywood and general knowledge questions.

The guests with the highest points become a winner, and get a gift hamper called the Koffee Hamper, which consists of electronic gadgets and edible items like chocolates and coffees. At the end, every guest signs the coffee mug and places it on Karan’s wall of fame.
