This show is a 2015 Hindi, entertainment and singing reality show which was aired on the Sony Entertainment Channel. The show premiered on the channel on the night of 30th May 2015. This show was a spin-off of the singing reality show Indian Idol, where all the participants were adults and who competed for the title of the winner. The concept of the Indian Idol itself was inspired by an American Reality Singing show named 'American Idol'. Like the title suggests, this show had kids as contestants, who competed with each other for the title. With this show, Sonakshi Sinha debuted on the small screen as a judge. All the kids were chosen after rigorous auditions from all the country.

The auditions were held at some of the prominent cities of the country, and the kids were judged purely based on their singing talent. The auditions saw the downpour of several children, from various backgrounds, with dreams of making it big in the showbiz business. According to the rules of the show, in every episode, one contestant, who had performed poorly than the rest, would get eliminated. Which participant will get eliminated was decided by the audience who voted for their favorite singers. Voting was done through SMS and phone calls. The show also hosted several celebrities who, apart from judging the kids, used to appear on the show to promote their films. Apart from actors, even singers and music directors from the Hindi Film Industry paid a visit on the show. In the finale, all the participants came together on the show to showcase their support to the finalists.

There were total five contestants in the final. Amongst them, a young girl from Odisha, Ananya Sritam Nanda was declared as the winner of the show. Nahid Afrin and Biswanath Chariali from Assam shared the first runner-up spot while Nithyashree Venkataramanan from Tamil Nadu, Chennai, was declared the second runner-up. The winner of the show, Ananya Nanda, also got to meet the Prime Minister of the country, Narendra Modi. Like it's previous seasons, even this season enjoyed great success and was loved and appreciated by the audience.
