Pavitra Bandhan- Do Dilon Ka is a journey of two persons, Aashima, and Girish, who are complete strangers. Destiny plays a game in which they not only meet each other but also get in a relationship of a lifetime. They come from a different world, but they both are similar in a way that they can do anything for their families. They are also different in their personalities. Aashima is a small town girl and belongs to a middle-class family.

For Aashima, her family is her priority, and she wants to reduce the burden of her father. Her dream is to make a house for him. On the other hand, Girish Roy Choudhary is the owner of a saree mill, and the major twist is that Aashima’s father works in that mill. Girish has built his entire empire on his hard work, and he has learned a lot from his experiences. Girish belongs to a rich family and also has seen his family go through a bad face and has brought back that position back by his hard work. He is very proud and egoistic whereas Aashima is a kind hearted girl. After getting married, they start loving each other but still are always in a constant struggle to stay with each other. Due to some misunderstandings between them, they take divorce. They get united again but till that time, Sameer, who is Girish’s cousin, falls in love with Aashima.

The problem comes when Girish finds Aashima to be pregnant and thinks that it is Sameer’s child. He starts to hate Aashima. After getting tired of all these things, Aashima plans to leave Girish, but she meets with an accident. In the accident, her eyesight has lost. The show is not only about them but also explores their families and their values. Season 1 ends with a seven-year leap.
