Apurv, a mentally disturbed man with a mental age of 5, is compelled to marry Palak, a kind woman with a hole in her heart, in return for the money she needs to pay the hospital bills for her sister Naina.

They quickly start dating. Apurv's sister Madhulika is a witch. On Purnima night, she intends to sacrifice Apurv to become an Ekayan. Everyone who learns the truth about her is killed by her.
