Miley Jab is a popular youth oriented series, broadcasted on STAR One channel. It started airing on September 22, 2008 until November 19, 2010. It completed two seasons after running for two successful years. The serial revolves around the lives of the young generation, how they fall in love and develop relationships that will last for a lifetime. This is directed by and Nisar Parvej and produced by Seema, and Santosh Shaw, under Sunshine Production and Endemol India. Miley Jab Hum Tum story revolves around the lives of Samrat (), an athlete; Diya (), the diva, along with their friends, Uday () and Benji (); the sisters, Gunjan () and Nupur Bhushan () who left the rural area of Morena and moved to Chennai to enter Excel College. The twins, Diya and Uday were Gunjan’s cousin.

'Nupur started college by being Mayank’s () travelling partner and continuously receiving Mayank as a compulsory project. Samrat pushed Gunjan to join a talent parade and in return of his support, he teaches him on his subjects. Mayank falls for Nupur after some tiffs and misfortunes while Gunjam and Samrat develops friendship and called each other as ‘dear friend’. Later, Gunjan misunderstood Samrat’s subtleties and started to intentionally embrace unstated love for him but Samrat defines her as a close friend only. Mayank had a fight with Nupur and disregard his feelings. Meanwhile, Sheena (), an actress, enters the scene for the traditional play in Excel. Ranvijay (), the adventurer, enters the scene as well. Sheena and Samrat develop a serious relationship while Ranvijay tries to take advantage of Diya which Samrat didn’t like, and this led to rivalry between the two. Gunjan constantly told Samrat that he wants the best for him and that Sheena will stay away from Ranvijay. But Samrat hesitantly agrees. Meanwhile Mayank admitted his love for Nupur during the play and the two started a secret relationship. At the end of the story, Mayank and Nupur decided to move to USA. On their way to the airport, Nupur, Mayank, Gunjan and Samrat had a car accident.

After a three years leap, the second season started where they all assumes that Nupur dies on Samrat hands. Samrat became the trustee of Excel and lives a lonely and disturbed life. Gunjan became a grievance councilor who is shattered emotionally. Mayank still thinks that Nupur is alive. The three is grieving for their loss while Ashwini (), an orphan enters the scene. Gunjan will counsel her and will collide with Samrat. Out of sympathy, she helps Samrat to move forward. Mayank became a professor in Excel and takes the advice of Samrat to move forward. Rohan (), a student will fall for Ash. As Miley Jab Hum Tum continues, different circumstances and events happened on each of the cast. Gunjan and Samrat got married after many trials then after the wedding they all went to Pune where Nupur gave birth to her twins. The show ends when they returned to Excel and everyone was happy.
