Amano Dhyan is an Indian casting director. He graduated B Com in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh and gained a diploma in Acting and Film Direction in New Delhi’s Indian Films and Theatre Academy. He initiated his career in theaters and street plays. In 2002, Amano won the Mr Talented Awards in a competition in Mr U.P. with juries Sukhwunder Singh, Mehar Bhaseen and Asha Chandraa.
He was part of the Bollywood drama film, Striker together with Indian film producer and director,
in 2010, Utthaan under the Kumar Sanu Productions in 2006 and the television serial, Hero on Hungama TV channel. Because of her vast experience in acting and theatres, the remarks and the logic needed to learn casting came naturally to him. The renowned coordinator,
and founder of Director’s Kut Productions,
supports Amano on his venture. He works in Director’s Kut Productions for four years and he was given the opportunity to work with many successful television shows like Sapna Babul Ka… Bidaai and Ye rishta Kya Kehlata Hai which was both broadcasted on STAR Plus, Maat Pitaah Ke Charnon Mein Swarg on Colors, Chand Chupa Badal Mein on STAR Plus and many more.
He also works in Director Kulvinder Bakshish’s play, Mohenj-Daro. Amano Dhyan is also working as a director who is in search for new talents. He does some workshops for aspiring artists with support from the Big Bang Theaters Foundation. He also started his very own Pakhangba Arts, an Act Shop located in Mumbai along with director and photographer
, theater director Kulvinder Bakshish and TV director Shamas Nawab Siddiqui.
He recently works in Four Lions Films as a Casting Director and also, he is studying film making with the supervision of renowned producer and director

. Amano is also an experienced meditation facilitator in Pune’s Osho International Meditation Resort. He does special sessions and assists in the meditation camps. This helps Amano in dealing with his responsibilities and managing his time well.
Aside from being active in theatre works, Amano has passion for acting as well. He was recently seen in the crime television series, Crime Patrol on Sony Entertainment Television under the production of Optimystix Entertainment in 2013. He played the role of Dharam and the story is all about trust and betrayal. He was also the concept and associate director of the film, Fakruuu by Kulvinder Bakshish. This is a story about a young kid who promised to change the fate of his goat named Fakruuu.
