Neelam Bhagchandani was born in Jaipur on November 10, 1988. after some time, they relocated to Nagpur and Neelam received her school education in Nagpur. After her school, she did her college education from Mumbai.

From the beginning, she was interested in creative work and over the years, she was interested in working behind the camera. She started working as an assistant Director and started here career as Associate Executive Producer. In a short span of time, she realised that her place was not behind the camera and she would have to perform in front of the camera.
