Dev DD 2 is the second season of the Hindi drama web series Dev DD. The second season of the series premiered on 20th February 2021 on Zee5. Dev DD is a unique series that presents the lead character as strong and independent as she goes against the societal norms and taboos on how a woman should behave — season one of the series focused on a woman named Devika, who is a feminist at heart and very open about her active sex life. She drinks, smokes, and goes out late at night which is not considered ideal for a woman. However, Devika is her father's pride and he is proud of Devika for being truthful and independent.

Soon, Devika falls in love with Parth but ends up being heartbroken. Later, Devika gives love a second chance with Anurag, and leaves for Mumbai with him. In the second season of the series, we see the transformation Devika goes through after Anurag abandons her in Mumbai. She returns to Jaipur, her hometown and talks about everything to her Dad, after which she realises that she's born into a lineage of strong women and can't give up on life because of a guy who dumped her. Although people in her hometown assumed things; however, she ignored them and continued with her feminist ideologies. She supported the LGBTQIA+ community and helped her friend Chandni get married to Radha. While Devika reunites with her friend Paritosh, she also learns about Anurag's death. What will happen next?
