Flipper is just a rehash of the old animated series that was telecast in 1964. The series created a big sensation in Hollywood by winning Emmy Awards twice subsequently (1996 and 1997). It is basically a marine animated show where the story revolves around a dolphin. The story is lifted from a famous American film of same name ‘Flipper’. The story of this animated version was sketched between two kids and the dolphin. The kids character got the name of Sandy and Bud while the dolphin got the name of Flipper.
