This show had approximately 7.6 million viewers. Murdock fights against the criminal elements at night as a vigilante, regardless of his blindness due to some incident in Hell’s Kitchen. He is helped by his friend Foggy Nelson. They both help Karen page, who was convicted of the murder of Daniel Fisher. Karen agrees to help them in return. Anatoly and Vladimir Ranskahov kidnap a boy to catch Murdock. Murdock falls into the trap led by them.

Claire Temple takes immense care for Murdock in his apartment. Murdock and Nelson unveiled the Union Allied scandal leaving James Wesley in trouble. Claire Temple is tortured to reveal the truth about Murdock. Meanwhile, Murdock protects Healy and enquires him about Wesley’s employer. Healy committed suicide leaving Murdock clueless. Wilson Fisk and Vanessa Marianna have dinner at the restaurant. Temple is kidnapped by Ranskahov. Christian Blake and Carl Hoffman kill the Russian and Murdock takes them in custody to catch Vladimir. Murdock finds Vladimir after the suicide attack and protected Vladimir from the police. Vladimir shares the details of the accountant of Fisk’s work.

Stick comes to Murdock seeking help to destroy Black Sky. It is a weapon designed by Nobu. Hoffman is forced by Murdock to reveal the truth about Fisk. Gao warns Fisks as Nobu and Owlsley are behind him. Marianna advises Fisk to protect the city. Nobu and Fisk make dealings with the give and take policy. Nobu is attacked and Murdock is confronted by Fisk. He is brutally beaten and collapses at Nelson’s home. Temple attends his wounds and he finally reveals his past to her. After a series of events, Vigilante is titled as ‘Daredevil’ by the public media.
