The serial starts with three different stories that later link with each other. Noori is a village girl from Islamabad who gets gang-raped by a rich politician’s son, Jehangir Singh. When her parents file a police complaint against the accused, they threaten to kill them. With everyone in the village victim-blaming her, Noori runs away from home, trying to get revenge on them.

A woman working for an NGO happens upon Noori and takes her to Karachi to find a lawyer. They talk to the lawyer Dhaniyal Ali Khan, who tries his best to fight the case, but dies at the hands of the politician. They make his death seem like a suicide. A few days later, Noori walks into a political conference and kills all those associated with the horror that occurred upon her. The second story is of Asfandyar Ali Khan, the brother of Dhaniyal. Asfandyar was already engaged to a woman when they hear about his brother’s demise. They call off the wedding, and he goes abroad to continue his studies. He comes back and opens a hospital. The third story is of Zubia, a woman who lost her mother to the wrath of her drunkard father.

Her brother, Rehan, and his wife, Sheema, could do nothing about it. The lack of love at home pushed to find it with a stranger. She elopes with him and later, he tries to drug her. She manages to escape and go back home, but her brother, sister-in-law, and father make her life a living hell. A few days before her father died, he realised all his mistakes and pushed Zubia to study medicine. She finishes it and secures a job in Asfandyar’s hospital. She doesn’t let anyone there know about her family and background. Since day one, Zubia and Asfandyar don’t get along. She refers to him as ‘Hitler’. Their relationship slowly grows, and they fall in love with each other.

When he proposed to her, she rejects him with the feeling that she doesn’t deserve a guy like him. Shortly after that, her reformed brother comes searching for her, and she runs away from the hospital, worried that the people there might know about her past. Crippled by the pain of rejecting the guy she loved and the fear of her past getting uncovered, she decides to jump off a bridge. Asfandyar sees her standing on the bridge, but she jumps off it before he could reach her. He rescues her and promises her that he doesn’t care about her past. He says that he loves her for who she is and is willing to marry her. The serial ends with them getting married.
