The story starts with Chaitra and her younger sister, Mahi. They are looking for their estranged mother, Seetharaman. However, she crosses paths with Viraj, who is a famous rockstar. Since their first meeting, they have started on the wrong foot. They do not like each other at all. Mahi and Viraj’s sister love the same man, Amar. However, that man loves Mahi. Due to some misunderstanding, everyone thinks Chaitra and Shravan are in a relationship. Viraj’s grandmother had already talked about marrying Chaitra and Viraj. Viraj’s sister, Smiley, wants to marry Shravan at any cost, and she forces her brother to marry Chaitra so that Shravan forgets her. 

Viraj marries Chaitra for the sake of his sister but hates Chaitra. He promises to make her life hell. After marriage, she comes to know that Viraj has a girlfriend too.  When Smiley and Amar’s marriage inches closer, Shravan runs away, revealing that his lover is Mahi. This angers Smiley, and she gets furious with Chaitra and Mahi. She conspires against them and kidnaps them. Seeing this as a golden opportunity, Viraj’s girlfriend tries to marry him. He now realizes that he loves Chaitra and confesses to her.

However, this happiness is short-lived as he gets into an accident and loses his memory. Viraj’s girlfriend was behind this accident. Viraj does not remember Chaitra, but when she starts working in her office, they become friends. There is a budding romance between them soon. Viraj’s girlfriend again tries to conspire against them.  Chaitra has to go through a lot of challenges to be with her love. Everyone plans and conspires against the couple to keep them apart for selfish reasons. But Chaitra is resilient and overcomes each hurdle her enemies throw at her.
