Each episode of the show “Doctor On Call" deals with the interaction with callers and solve the health-related issues. The show comes up at 10:00 AM for one hour on channel Puthuyugam TV. The show is based on the discussion about health-related issues raised by the callers. There are two segments of the whole episode, each taken up by an infamous doctor. The show invites two of the distinct reputed doctors at every turn to hold the whole session. There is a brief introductory part at the beginning of the episode about the prestigious doctor. Then the show proceeds with taking up the call of the guests who query about their health issues.
The doctor cross-examines the caller to get the knowledge of the whole scenario. He/she explains the symptoms prevailing due to the ailment and the worse effects that can happen in the future. He/she discuss the possible ways and treatment of the ailment. Then they discuss the prevention and cure of the abnormality. Also, the doctor provides the related medical advises which are helpful in day to day life. They take the possible number of calls in each segment within the show. Both the segment includes the same procedure, but about a different genre of the malady.
