The serial gave the actor tremendous amount of popularity compared to what an actor usually gets from the small screen dramas.
This series made a huge impact amongst the viewers. The viewers still felt that there was not much of a crispy flow in the narration. But the climax of the series was quite exciting. The serial truly tested the patience of viewers. It was a golden time for the Doordarshan channel, as it never became boring for us to watch.
