This series formulated on realistic events; Mission Over Mars is an elaborate story of India having an incredibly successful mission to Mars. The story involves four women scientists Nandita Hariprasad, Moushumi Ghosh, Neetu Sinha, and Meghan Reddy, who played the most crucial role in the succeeding mission. These women experience huge time pressure, prominent technical challenges, and incompatible peer support with their never-ending efforts to finish a mission that abandons the rest and the best of the world, in the worship of their work.

Mission over Mars starts with a disheartening moment as ISRO’s namesake ISA become unsuccessful in its Chandravimaan mission and the entire fault in the dropdown on Moushumi Ghosh. It hit a nerve given Chandrayaan 2’s Vikram Lander eludes to manage after it landed on the moon’s the South Pole. Moushumi glows all the time as she is a blazing scientist, enforced to cooperate with her ex-husband, who is a fellow scientist at the same institution. Moushumi is dressed up in a crisp cotton sari and is enthusiastic towards her dream but forgets her only daughter’s birthday, whereas Nandita Hariprasad is her opposite. She is peaceful and dulcifies mission supervisor who is also a cosseting parent to her 18- year old son.
