Suhaas was born on 12 November 1977 in Chennai, India. He belongs to a Punjabi family deeply settle in Theatre. Later, He moved to Mumbai in 2005. In 2005 he worked as an assistant director in Atul Kumar's "The Company Theatre". He then started composing music with one of his co-actors and splashed in composing work for the next three years.
