The lead actress of the show is ‘Muskaan Mihani’. She played the character of Mansi in the show. Muskaan is an Indian actress. She works both in films as well as in television. She started her career in 2004 with the show “Raat Hone Ko Hai” on Sahara One. The show was short-lived. She became popular after doing “Dill Mill Gayye”. She played Dr. Sapna in the serial. She also played lead role in a serial "Jugni Chali Jalandhar". The show was a hit. Mihani does her roles with great charm and professionalism. She has also worked in the movie "Heyy Babyy" as a debutant.
Ring Wrong Ring revolves around Mansi. Mansi is a simple homemaker in a middle-class family. She is very hard working, and she does her best to keep everyone in her family happy. She has a loving husband Vijay, played by ‘Asif Sheikh’. Vijay is that type of person who is always confused while taking his decisions. His colleague often bullies him who, unfortunately, happens to be his neighbor too. She has a mother-in-law, Gayatri, who lives with them. Though she is a little bit controlling and dominating, she loves her family and treats Mansi like her daughter. Mansi has a brother-in-law, Ajay, who wants to become a film director. He is always up experimenting and thinking about how his movie is going to be. Her nephew, Bunty, is a sweet little chap. He aspires to become a magician. He always tries new tricks but they never work.
Mansi’s father-in-law, Dinanath Chouhan, was a magician who died in a tragic accident. She called him Babuji. They have his picture hung in their hall’s wall. One day, while Mansi was struggling with family’s responsibilities, Babuji spoke from the painting that he has something for Mansi and hands her a ring. The ring is the magical one. He told her that this ring will help her whenever she wants and he will be there to help her whenever she is in any confusion. Though the ring was supposed to help her, it always added more to her work. The ring always does the opposite of the things Mansi asks it to do. This creates such a comic situation that puts Mansi in a hilarious solution. She later solves it with her witty senses.
