The story revolves around a young girl called Ananya. She is a beautiful and intelligent girl. She lives with her father, stepmother, and step-sister. Her biological mother had died when she was young. After her mother died, Ananya’s father wanted someone who could take care of Ananya, so he married her stepmother. Ananya’s stepmother was evil. She did not like Ananya. She only took care of her daughter but not Ananya. Ananya was treated like a maid in her house. She had to do all the household chores, while her stepmother and step-sister lounged around the house. However, Ananya’s father loved Ananya the most. He had always prioritized her but could not stand against the injustice of his wife.

As Ananya grew up, she became a shy and fearful person. She grew up fearing her stepmother. But she still loved her mother and sister. She never had ill intentions towards them even after they treated her badly. Ananya received an offer letter from the office where she had interviewed. She got the job and, was to join the office in a few days. Her father was happy with this. But her mother did not want to see her happy. She had to create hurdles in her life. She threatens Ananya to leave her job so that she can continue doing housework. However, Ananya was resilient. She took it as a challenge and promised her stepmother that she would manage both works somehow. 

Rajdeep is Ananya’s boss in her office. He is a strict man, and likes to work timely and according to a routine. This behavior annoys Ananya. However, Ananya finds it hard to manage both her works perfectly. She tries to hurry through one work to get to another. It makes her work worse or incomplete. She gets scolded by both her mother and boss. She faces problems in both her professional and personal life. The story continues with Rajdeep falling in love with Ananya. Their relationship has many ups and downs, but they still manage to overcome them.
