Palasa is a village in Srikakulam district. A couple of youngsters work for the welfare of the people in the town, while another two guys suppress poor. When the people suffer a lot by these two, the two youngsters had to take the law on their hands to save the people and also to safeguard them. What happened to them? Did they overtake the villains and protect the people? Watch the movie to know the rest.
Raghu Kunche fits well in the role as his body language and dialogue delivery are excellent. Rakshit had done a decent job as a hero. The rest of the stars had done what is required from their roles.
The movie is set in the late 70s, as the title suggests. The story is not new and it is predictable. It is a usual story that showcases the fight between the upper class and the lower class. The scenes didn't have any twists or turns. But, it is the performance of the stars that make the audience watch the movie without any regrets. The climax comes with a right message, but it should have been shot interestingly. Certain things in the film seem to be illogical, including some characters. The music is excellent and the BGM gels well with the scenes. The production values are neat. The visuals are excellent and the dialogues are impressive too. The second half is quite okay. But if they had edited a bit, it would have been better.
What's Not There?
The movie comes with neat production and technical values and proper execution too. Although the story is predictable, the performance of the stars makes the movie, a watchable one!
