Plot

Arjun, a newsreader on a TV channel, dreams of becoming a leading journalist. When he meets a dazzling Deepika with high motivations, he decides to marry her. Only after their marriage does he find out about the sleeping apnea in Deepika, which causes heavy snoring. Arjun who gets irritated by her snoring decides to divorce her as he loses his sleep due to her snoring. However, Deepika wants to live with him. What did the couple do to make their life smoother? The answer forms the rest of the story.

Star Performance

GV Prakash did a decent job as a person who gets disturbed by his wife snoring. Aishwarya Rajesh did her part well. However, this is not her cup of tea.

Analysis

The plot is not well scripted. The story initially focuses on the sleep apnea of the lead character, and later, it moves on to a different track. The chemistry between GV Prakash and Aishwarya Rajesh is not adequate to make them a good on-screen couple. Many characters are underdeveloped, and the potential of the talented actors is wasted, including the leading lady, Aishwarya Rajesh. The screenplay is not so gripping. GV Prakash’s music is not as impressive as his previous ones. While the visuals are neat, the editing needed to be sharper.

• Aishwarya and some talented supporting stars’ potential is wasted
• Music and editing are not up to the mark

Verdict

If the characters and screenplay had been developed well, the film would have become a decent entertainer.
