Plot
Praveen wins a wrestling competition held in a village. This victory brings him closer to the Desai family. The Desai family had been helping the farmers during the famine. Dasharatha Desai is the head of the family. Anupama, the priest’s daughter is a yoga practitioner. Praveen loves Anupama. Soon, he learns the oil-making business, which is the family business of the Desai family. The Desai family has internal conflicts, and Praveen tries to clears those and unite them. Who is Praveen? Why does her help Desai family unite? The answers form the rest of the story.
Star Performance
Praveen is quite decent in his role. Radhya has delivered an excellent performance.
Analysis
The story has a do-gooder protagonist, a separated family, and the hero’s efforts to unite them is a century-old story. At least if the execution had been exciting, then it might have grabbed the audience’s attention. The story is set in North Karnataka and the North Karnataka’s dialects are used properly. The narration is slow-paced and the execution is weak. Though the leads performed well, they couldn’t carry the film throughout.

Though the film has a few decent performances, due to the outdated script and weak execution, it fails to attract the audience. If you love watching old-fashioned stories and refreshing your memory, you can try this film.
