Plot

Jagga is an orphan boy, who helps Badal Bagchi in a tough situation. So, Badal adopts Jagga. Soon, Jagga was left in a hostel, as Badal set up a journey for his secret mission. Badal didn’t return for long and now Jagga is a grown up guy. Shruti, a journalist, was given a project to find out the illegal weapon transfer through Burma. During her investigation, she meets Jagga and falls in love with him. While Shruti investigates the case allotted to her, Jagga joins her, but searching his lost dad, Badal. Sinha is an undercover agent, who finds Shruti and Jagga and sends them to Mambosa to unveil the weapon transfer mystery. Did they solve the mystery? Watch it in theaters!

Star Performance

Ranbir Kapoor has got yet another opportunity to showcase his talent. Minute expressions have worked out well for the smart actor. Katrina has done her part well. Saswata and Saurabh also have done their part, neatly.

Analysis

Anurag Basu has proved that he could deal with any kind of topic with ease. The screenplay is very attractive and it comes with a lot of hilarious moments. Although it is a predictable story, Anurag engaged the audiences with his screenplay and glued them to the seats.

What’s There?

Excellent performance of the stars
Art director brings a colorful background and impress us
The cinematography makes us feel that we are not watching a movie but traveling along with them
Tunes and the background music by Pritam is just awesome

What’s Not There?

There are some logical loopholes which could not be taken much seriously

Verdict

Although the film had been in the cans for a long, due to the Ranbir and Katrina split, it has a lot of elements to attract the audiences. We hope that there would be a sequel to this picture. Hopefully, Katrina would be replaced by some other actress. Jagga Jasoos… watch worthy comic book adventure flick!
