The story is about Bhola Prasad Tripathi, a con artist, who marries 13 times just for money. He doesn’t want to work but likes to enjoy the wealth brought by his wives.

Arshad is a seasoned artist. But, why did he choose this film?
Analysis
The film shows women as objects and not humans. They are shown as properties for some scenes are also used for a skin show and nothing else in this film. It is shocking to see Arshad in such a movie. The script doesn’t make any sense and the comedy scenes too. Although the production values and the technical values are okayish, the film has nothing to offer.
