Plot
The story revolves around the death of an industrialist Laxmikant Kabadiya. Before his death, his company is a strong contender for $1 billion public offering that would eventually make it one of the largest in the country. One night before the opening of IPO Kabadiya passes away while having intercourse with an aspiring actress Kim whose intention was to gain the role of leading lady in a movie Laxmikant Kabadiya was planning to produce. Now Kabadiya’s family is in horror as now no one would buy their shares. His family involves his spinster sister, his two sons and their wives and his granddaughter and grandson one from each son. So on the advice of their guru, Vidyut Baba, they decide to keep the death a secret till all shares are sold. Anytime they decide to announce the death of LK some problem occurs that instead of announcing his death they end up announcing the death of some other relative and then starts the hilarious process of getting a body and performing a funeral and to make LK appear as a living person.

do not need an introduction. They played their roles with avid conviction. All the other characters too were good, but there were points where acting turned into overacting.
Analysis
Direction is good. The film portrays today’s greed for more and more money or fame. It shows how today we only value a person, and our emotional connections are almost dying.
What’s there?
There is family entertainment with some of the scenes being very hilarious.
What’s not there?
The comedy scenes are not very innovative. Some of the acts are very predictable.
