Plot
A young man tries everything possible to leave an island that is haunted by a sinister force. After being put on an uninhabited island, Tobey Burns, a high school senior, discovers the island is deadly. He meets a mysterious woman named Madeleine, who provides him with food and teaches him survival skills on the island. Will he be able to survive the blood-thirsty creature lurking on the island?
Star Performance
Logan Miller did a great job as Tobey Burns, along with Kristine Froseth as Madeleine.
Analysis
Prey is a survival story. It doesn’t have much horror, but it is pretty thrilling. This story is interesting but seems pointless at times. Tobey and Madeleine wander through the island while making bad decisions. The Story is enjoyable but goes at a slow pace and has too many conversations making it dull. The production and special effects are decent. The ending is terrible, and the setting is beautiful. Overall, it is a decent movie.

This is an intriguing story. It is not bad but not good either. Despite a few flaws, it is watchable. It is perfect for those who don’t desire too much horror.
