Star Performances
Uzo Adula delivers an emotionally powerful performance as Virginia. Her attention to detail and nuanced portrayal of Virginia captures her vulnerability, determination, and frustration as a mother. Matthew’s portrayal of Clifford is convincing and solid. However, his character lacks a proper background story which is evident in his performance. Niles effectively captures the struggle, frustrations, and attraction of his character, James, a teenage boy.
