Ostentatiously known for his anti-hero role of Walter White, in the AMC-produced "Breaking Bad," and Hal in "Malcolm in the Middle," Bryan Cranston is an actor, director, producer, screenwriter, and a voice-artist. Born to parents, Joseph Cranston, and Audrey Cell, Bryan spent his childhood in the neighborhood of the Canoga Park, Los Angeles. He pursued his education at the Canoga Park High School and attended the Los Angeles Valley College to study Police Science. Cranston's father walked out on the family when Brian was only 11 but was tracked down by Brian and his brother 11 years later, thus reuniting the family. San Fernando Valley's Granada Theater is where Cranston started his theater, but soon his parents discouraged him from pursuing acting following the unstable nature of the profession. Later on, the Universal Life Church appointed him to perform ministerial duties at local weddings and was paid an amount nearing to $150 per event. The decade of the 1980s saw Cranston briefly feature in commercials and doing voice-overs for Japanese animations such as Royal Space Force, Armitage III, and Macross Plus, dubbing them in English. In 1983, Cranston played Douglas Donovan in the ABC-produced television series "Loving," and was also cast in Raising Miranda. The HBO-produced "From Earth to the Moon" saw Brian Cranston portray the NASA scientist Buzz Aldrin, followed by the movie "That Thing You Do!" where he played NASA's Gus Grissom. Steven Spielberg, in 1998, cast Cranston in his war movie "Saving Private Ryan."

Ken Watanabe was born on 21st October 1959 in Niigata, Japan. He is a Japanese actor by profession and is well known for his tragic hero character in “The Last Samurai”. His mother is a house maker, and a school teacher, and his father is a calligraphy artist. His parents had numerous transfers, so Ken travelled to different places during his childhood. He received his primary education from Niigata Prefectural Koide High School and played for the local band there. Ken wanted to learn music and aimed at attending a conservatory in Japan, but his father passed away while he was in his high school so he was unable to pay for the tuition and could not concentrate on work.
