He looks spectacular in the title role and is always a treat to watch. Eiza Gonzalez also looked stunning in the action sequences, while Toby Kebbell, the villain, also suited well. Analysis
Vin Diesel fans always wait for the next installment of the “Fast and furious” series, and this movie promises to give that flavor on paper. But on actual viewing, the film goes the lane of cliche and predictable. It has so many standard plots with the movie “Universal Soldier” that it can be easily termed its rip-off. The film tries a new thing by inducing Sci-fi but does not perfectly blend with the thriller and action genre here. With the story being a big letdown in the movie, the only saving grace in the film is the acting by Vin Diesel, who suits the title character well and maintains the aura for which his fans will come up. Although the computer visuals and visual effects depicting the bionic intelligence look realistic, several of the set pieces cannot be called to be realistic. Action sequences are praiseworthy and won’t disappoint in giving a good experience.

The movie may not provide anything particularly ground-breaking, but Vin Diesel's charismatic lead performance and the promised thrilling action scenes are delivered.
