Plot
In Salem, there are four best friends named Lily Colsen, Sarah, Bex Warren, and Em. They always hang out with each other. They go to a party where Bex hooks up with her crush Diamond, and Lily hooks up with her boyfriend, Mark. At the same time, Lily chats with an anonymous person named Daddy. A hacker named Marty gets a message to post the images of Mayor Bartlett. The photos of the Mayor showed that he was doing some lewd acts. His pictures became viral in the media. Due to shame, Mayor Bartlett commits suicide. Similar things are happening with the people of Salem. Their nude and dirty photos are getting posted online. People are killing each other, thinking that others are responsible for this. Who is the person behind this? What will happen to Lily and her friends? The rest of the story deals with it.
Star Performance
Odessa Young did an incredible performance in the film. Her journey to find the real person behind these online porn sites was awesome. Her detailing of the character was outstanding. Her acting and dialogue delivery was perfect. One would love her after watching this movie. That much impact she made in the whole film. Suki Waterson did a fantastic performance in the movie. She shows the nature of a perfect friend. Her acting was factual and natural. Hari Bef did an outstanding performance in the film. Her presence in the film made a great impact. Abra did an amazing performance in the movie. Her action scenes were so realistic in the film. Noah Galvin, Danny Ramirez, and Cullen Moss performed remarkably in the movie. All the other actors were as good as the main lead actors.
Analysis
The storyline of the film was great, thrilling, and ominous. The movie focus on the central theme of miss age of social media or online sites. The terrifying nature of the film is maintained from the start till the end. The storyline in the movie was suspicious. The film has too many unnecessary murders and crimes. At some point, the movie became dull. The direction, cinematography, and costume design were perfect in the film. The adventurous journey of Lily and her friends finding to know the real hacker was wonderful. The background music and songs play a significant role in the movie. The dialogues were excellent.
