The movie is a direction by Agnieszka, who also developed the screenplay for the movie. The movie’s plot revolves around Christina Ricci.
Christina Ricci does the character of Anna in the movie. Anna and her boyfriend are contemplating entering the wedlock. But there is a sudden twist in the movie as death is round the corner. After a horrible car accident, Anna finds it hard to believe that she is dead.
A mysterious séance looks her on her face, and he is performing the rituals to bury her. Liam Neeson has played the role of Eliot, the mysterious séance in the movie. Eliot claims that he can interact with the spirits. Suddenly Anna is pushed to a different plane of existence, or is she dead? Does the séance have an ulterior motive? The movie answers the question. There are other characters in the movie who believe that Anna is alive.
A creepy boy from the vicinity believes that Anna is alive. Also, her husband Justin thinks she is still with everybody. Anna believes that she is not dead, and her belief gains strength as her would-be Justin makes a phone call.
The plot is incredible and difficult to make out. But, the spookiness in the movie compensates for the inadequacy. Christina Ricca is the prominent character in the movie, and she deserves applauses for the spookiness that she can bring in her face.
The plot is ridiculous. But many people enjoy such plots. One should go to the movie without asking opinions regarding the movie. The movie proves to be fine entertainment.
