Srilakshmi is married to Peddi Rama Rao and the couple has two children, Prerna and Ragaleena. Srilakshmi had been battling cancer and she breathed her last on 6th April 2020. Harshavardhan of Amrutham fame confirmed the news through a video and requested the people not to visit Srilakshmi’s place and also asked them to stay safe indoors.
