Sri Reddy daringly said that Tollywood is filled with the casting couch and none could escape from it. She even did a semi-nude protest when her opinions were not accepted. Following this, she had been thrown away from the Telugu film artists association and had been banned. But, following the protests by various movements favoring Sri Reddy, the ban was lifted. Now, Sri Reddy has been taking part in a lot of social activities. Recently, the Mahatma Gandhi 100 day job scheme was canceled in Sri Sailam. Sri Reddy took part in the protest with the women and supported them. The latest information is that the actress would be joining a political party, soon.
