She also clarified that Aarthi’s suicide attempt, during her peak time in the Telugu cinema industry is not due to Tarun but for some other reasons. Ramani also says that if they both have loved and wanted to marry, she might not have been the problem and would have definitely green signaled them. Ramani stated that as both were earning good, there was no hurdle in getting them married. She also questioned that if Aarthi had loved Tarun, she might not have married someone and settled abroad. Aarthi died due to cardiac arrest in 2015 in the US.
