The worldwide theatrical rights of the movie were obtained for a huge Rs 35 crore. And, to make a guess on how much the movie has yielded in the collection. It is a mere 9,6 crore. It is to be mentioned that the movie recovered 25 percent and lost about 75 percent.

The movie has been considered a mega disaster. The overseas distributor of the movie was the highest loser. He lost around 90 percent of the investment. The movie happens to be the biggest overseas flop in the history of Telugu cinema.
