" is the new goodwill ambassador of the Rainbow Children Hospital and recently, he mentioned that every film lover should feel proud on Rajamouli’s two-part epic film, Baahubal. He also added that success of the film is important for the Telugu cinema.
According to the actor, "All of us should be proud of Mahesh Babu Said, Everyone Should Be Proud Of 'Baahubali'. We should pray that the film turns out to be a blockbuster as its success is very important for our industry."
Initially, his upcoming film, Srimanthudu is expected to release on July 17, a week after Baahubali’s release, but it has been pushed to hit the theatres on August 7, 2015.
"We didn't postpone our film because we were scared to compete with 'Baahubali'. I think it deserves to a solo release and we should respect it. It's healthy to have two or three weeks' gap between big releases." Mahesh said.
Mahesh was also happy to be associated with the Rainbow Children Hospital as it shows initiative for the children.
