She has been cast opposite another newcomer Nikhil. Deepti says she got the role right after her acting in ‘Nee Na'.

Her expressions got her role according to her. Jaguar will show the actress as a bubbly girl, unlike her debut character. Her character is a fashion queen in the film. Deepti is trained in Bharatnatyam and Kathak and hopefully, we might get to see her moves in the film.

Since the film is both in Telugu and Kannada, Deepti found it hard to simulate the same expressions but with the help of the cast and team, it was easy.
