Karnataka’s Public Prosecutor Acharya says that if we are ordered to transfer “
V K Sasikala
” to the Tamilnadu prison, we would definitely file a case in the Supreme Court. He also says that Sasikala has no basic source to appeal further in the disproportionate asset case. Acharya also informed that as Sasikala has been convicted in this case, she could not appeal for a bail. She has to spend a minimum of six months in the prison to get parole. Sasikala will get parole, only if she behaves well in prison. She could also get parole if she has to attend the funeral of her relatives. Earlier this week, it was stated that Sasikala would be transferred soon to Puzhal prison in Tamilnadu.
