Radhika is very good in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. She has also played in some Hindi movies too. Her first production venture came in the year 1985, Meendum Oru Kadhal Kadhai, where she played the lead role. Radhika received the National Award for producing the film. She had received awards for her performances in almost all the film industries, which she worked.
