,” the film directed by VM Vinu. When asked about her character to Vinu, he said, "Tessa plays Anu and she pairs Santhosh Keezhattoor in Marupadi. They play the family friends of ‘Rahman' and ‘Bhamaa.’ I selected Tessa to play the role as I am very much confident on her that she could pull off the roles that pass through various phases of life, easily." The team has completed the first schedule. When we asked Tessa to share her experience in Marupadi, she said, "I had played matured roles and was seen in saris. In Marupadi, I play a modern lady, who is seen in fashion wears. I drive, stand up for my pals bravely at times of need. I am also a lawyer in the film. I will be seen as a matured role at the end." Tessa praises her co-star Santosh. She says that his theater experience has polished him as a versatile actor. The shooting is at present going at a brisk pace in Kannur.
