So, the director might have preferred her to play the lead role. She has been learning Fort Kochi language for her new film. The director says that Kochi had a variety of people with different culture. However, there was discrimination between the dark skinned Jews and the normal Jews. The director says that although the film shows the culture of Kochi, it is not an art film.
