Kalidas took to his Facebook and posted, "YES! IT IS MY MALAYALAM DEBUT! I am so happy to announce that my Malayalam debut is happening! And it couldn't get any better than to act in shine Chetan's movie. I still remember shine Chetan taking my photos when I was a kid! It's a great feeling to be back on home turf! The rest of the cast and crew will be announced soon. We will kick start shoot from next week :)”
