When Will Nayak Sequel Go On The Floors?

We all know that “S. S. Rajamouli” and “S Shankar” are the two biggies in the south Indian film industry who are popular for their mega-budget movies. Recently, Shankar proved it with “Robot” and Rajamouli with “Baahubali.” As per the reports, Rajamouli’s father, Vijayendra Prasad, who penned “Bajrangi Bhaijaan,” has been scripting for the sequel of “Nayak.” Nayak directed by Shankar with Anil Kapoor as the lead, released in 2001. When both Shankar and Rajamouli are trying to prove, who the leader is, Vijayendra Prasad’s script making for Shankar’s earlier film seems a bit weird. He has been penning the story for Eros International and the director of the film and the star cast is not yet decided, says a source. Meanwhile, Shankar has been busy with “2.0,” the sequel to Robot and Rajamouli with “Baahubali – The Conclusion.” We have to wait for the official confirmation on Nayak sequel!
