Akshay Pairs A Pakistani VJ!

Akshay Kumar has been committed doing the remake of Tamil film, “Kaththi” directed by “A R Murugadoss.” The film has been tentatively titled as “Ikka.” It will be directed by Murugadoss’ assistant, Jagan Shakti and this is his debut film as a director. The shooting of Ikka will go on the floors after Akshay completes all his current commitments including, “Rustom” and “2.0.” In Rustom, he pairs Ileana DCruz and the film will be released on 12th August. Akshay will be paired with Pakistani actress cum VJ, Maya Ali. While Akshay gets a beautiful lady to pair him in Kaththi remake, “Chiranjeevi,” who has been doing the same film in Telugu has not yet booked a heroine. “Baahubali,” fame Anushka Shetty has been approached for the role but, the actress couldn’t commit, as she has a handful of projects in multiple languages. Meanwhile, Akshay plays a villain in “2.0” directed by “S Shankar,” which has “Rajinikanth” as the lead. Stay tuned for more updates on Bollywood!
