Meanwhile, the director has been rumoured to have a relationship with actress, Huma Qureshi. Sohail feels bad about these kinds of rumours. He states that he is very hurt by such stories. Sohail opened this issue in a press meet. He said, "I am human and the rumours disturb me a lot. Only when there is a bit of truth, you could justify. I don't want to be disturbed. I have read a few nonsense things about me, which made me feel to take people head on. If you are maligning someone, have the guts to name yourself. Do search for my whereabouts and me. If you get enough proof about my supposed affair, then I will keep shut. Don't write as you know everything without validating the claim."
