We have interesting news for you, guys! Yes, the story of the film is revealed now. Earlier, people guessed it as a time travel film. But, the makers confirm that it is not the movie of that kind. Recently, we have got the chat by the biggies. Here it is: Karan Johar: "It is also being touted as a time travel film, which it is, we must put out there, NOT! It is not a time travel film." Nitya Mehra: "I think the theme of time is pretty much in there as is the theme of love and life. But I don't think it is a time travel film at all." Farhan Akhtar: Hindi films are known to make love stories and moving forward, we have to speak to a younger audience in a new kind of way. Present a story in a new way so that they enjoy it like never before. It is using new technology that the young minds are very influenced by. This is the high concept of the film. Karan Johar: And the best way to forward the concept is that "What if you were given a chance to actually see the future of your relationship? What if every single one of us, we all know we go through our relationship traumas, what if we see the future and we come to know how good or bad it is?" Farhan Akhtar: How good or bad it will be? And having seen that, what would you do to change it? Karan Johar: Yes, that is what Baar Baar Dekho is all about. It has a situation and also has a solution."
