, the President of India, have approached International Court of Justice, to stall their hanging. Six men were accused in the case and one of them committed suicide and the other one was sent to the reform home and he is released now. These people gang-raped and assaulted her in 2012. She died after a few days of treatment at the hospital. Even after eight years of her death, she didn’t get justice. Among the four, three of them had approached ICJ.

Mukesh Singh couldn’t apply to the ICJ, as the Top Court already told that Mukesh has no legal remedy left, as his mercy petition and curative plea were rejected. What next?
