With this cancelation, the Indian Constitution will have full control over Kashmir, like any of the Indian States. Earlier, the Indian Constitution had a few limitations to the state. Now, Kashmir will have a legislature like Pondicherry and Delhi.
Ladakh’s status will be similar to that of Lakshadweep and Andaman and the Nicobar Islands. The government has released the order, now. This action has got mixed reviews among the public and the politicians.
