Deepika Confirms Her Place In Padmavati!

Deepika Padukone, who made her successful debut in Hollywood with “XXX: The Return Of Xander Cage,” returned India, after wrapping up the shooting. She has been in the headlines for a tiff with her beau, Ranveer Singh and for requesting Kabir Khan, to increase the value of her role in “Tubelight” with Salman Khan. Till now, she has not confirmed her presence in Tubelight. Now, she has confirmed her role in “Padmavati” by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the helmer of Bajirao Mastani. Shreyas Putnik composes the music. Earlier, Sanjay Leela Bhansali has a confusion whom to sport in the role of Padmavati, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan or Deepika. When asked about both the gorgeous beauties, Sanjay was quoted saying, "I have done three films with one, two films with the other. Both of them are beautiful and surprisingly both are from Mangalore. Both of them are my friends... Aishwarya Rai was my muse. I could look at her and she would understand what I'm saying. Deepika has really evolved as an actor. What she's given me, I don't think anybody else will. Mastani was too special."
