This Manipur-based girl had a deep interest in boxing, in spite of knowing that her father will not allow her to do it she took coaching for it and starting from the state level, this lady became WORLD CHAMPION IN 2002.The movie says that for the family she left boxing and the family only made her won the 2008 world championship.

That day, i.e., on 5 September just two days before her birthday she was shot dead in Karachi [Pakistan] by a terrorist who hijacked her flight in which she was head purser. The aircraft was carrying 361 passengers and 19 crew members and this lady without thinking of her life saved as much as she can but lost her life. For this,her parents also received 'Ashok Chakra' which was given for her bravery.
