Sevy Ali is a producer and social activist based in London, United Kingdom. He predominantly works in the Urdu and English language films. Through his films, he tries to raise awareness of diverse human rights issues. Besides film production, he has served as a social worker for various organizations. He also worked as an advisor at the Commission of Racial Equality, a caseworker at the Citizens Advice Bureau, a counselor for the Victim Support Scheme, an officer at NACRO (National Association for The Care and Resettlement of Offenders), a housing benefits officer, a homeless person’s officer, a general secretary and spokesperson for discrimination in Arts and Media. He has produced TV serials and films as joint ventures between the UK, India, and Pakistan.
